    Does your watch come with a warranty?

    Yes, when buying an Ambassador watch you will have a three year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects.

    Are your watches waterproof?

    Yes. Our watches are waterproof up to 3ATM.

    What is your delivery policy?
    All orders received before 4 pm EST will be with a courier within 12 hours. All shipments include a tracking number, traceable directly from ambassadorwatches.com. If ordering within Europe, your item should be delivered within 1-3 days. For all international shipments, please allow 2-4 days for delivery.

    What if I change my mind?
    You can return your unused item for up to 14 days after delivery and receive a full refund.

    Which payment methods can I use?
    For any country, you can choose to pay by credit or debit cards, as well as PayPal. For European customers, we also offer direct bank payments. Payments made with credit or debit cards are handled by Mondido AB. Payments made with bank payments are handled by Trustly. Ambassadorwatches.com does not directly handle any sensitive payment data.
